Your elected officals are not doing their jobs

Your elected officials have abdicated their responsibility.

• Jennifer Robinson email that historical or societal issues were not considered during the site selection process.
• Ms. Robinson admits in an email dated June 26, 2005: .... this vote was one that doesn't comply with "by the people and for the people."

The Partners wasted tax dollars on engineering studies they did not use.

Apex Mayor and the Town Staff have overstepped their authority.

Once a mistake was made, rather than admit it, they decided to cover it up.

The Apex Board of Commissioners and the Mayor are not abiding by the town charter.

• Apex Mayor seized power that was not legally granted (letter he sent to Cary that was not voted on by the Apex Board of Commissioners)
• Apex and Cary Mayors, and Apex Commissioners are actively trying to cover up their mistake

The elected officials of the Partner Towns have no respect for the citizens.
